Important Stuff!

Some of our treats are/may/will be made with nuts and all chocolate may contain nuts, wheat, soy, dairy. If you have any allergies to nuts, chocolate, pretzels, salt, sprinkles and/or delicious chocolate covered pretzels and Oreos, then we recommend that you not consume any of our pretzels or chocolate!

Q: Should they be stored in the refrigerator or not? A: You do not need to put them in the fridge.  Our creations are best left to bask in the glory that is "room temperature".  Sometimes in the fridge they will change colors and turn white, and M&Ms and sprinkles may get a little distorted and crack, so unless you live in Death Valley and leave your windows open, or have little pretzel stick jackets and sweaters, it is best to just keep them out of the fridge!

All of our treats are hand dipped and all are designed and created when YOU order them! We simply cannot predict when and what you will order so we do not waste our time creating our treats beforehand and storing them until you order! Everything we create is Made to Order!

We accept and encourage your suggestions and personalizations! Our product designs continue to grow and we are happiest when we can design a special treat to match your special event! Don't be afraid to get creative.. we sure ain't!

Upon receiving your order, we will let you know when you can expect to receive your treats! Most regular orders will be shipped out or delivered (depending on size of order and delivery location) within 5-7 days; however, holidays and other peak times may delay your order. We can also rush your order if you need it ASAP! Just ask, we can do it!

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours after placing your order!
